All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-NEGOTIABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. All deposits must be made immediately after booking to secure your appointment. If not, your appointment will be cancelled...

RESCHEDULING:

•Clients are only allowed to reschedule upon prior notice once. Any rescheduling after the first attempt will be null and void.

•Appointments must be rescheduled within a month or prior scheduled appointment

CANCELLATION AND LATENESS:

Your appointment starts at the time you booked it for however, I will allow a 10 minute grace period... after 10 minutes you will have to reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that if you're late that pushes back other paying clients. Once your appointment is booked, and if you wish to upgrade or downgrade it, I must be notified before any changes are made.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

As a licensed Cosmetologist, I am well educated on skin diseases and disorders. Please be advised that some skin irritations, abrasions, lesions, blisters, cold sores, may not be able to be worked on, or around. Here are a few things you should know before your appointment. If you are experiencing an outbreak of anykind, I might be able to do your glam but the affected area will not be touched. I will not cover up any open wounds, black eyes, or anything that looks infected. Same with hair, if there are any signs of infection or abrasions, please be advised that I have the right to turn down any unsafe, or unsanitary service, at my discretion.

NO CALL NO SHOW WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK

•Seating is limited so please come ALONE unless they're also receiving a service.

•One parent is allowed if the child Is younger than 13

FOR THE BEST HAIR & MAKEUP GLAM RESULTS PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING YOUR PHONE WHILE BEING SERVICED!

Please keep in mind that any service, hair, or makeup can run over the time frame that's stated on the "book your service" page. Please let me know if you have plans and need to be out by a certain time before booking your appointment. This will help me, help you find the best date for you.

Please make sure your eyebrows are already groomed at the time of the makeup service for a clean arched eyebrow.

I will not be responsible for any allergic reactions of anykind if in the event that occurs
